• Custom audio content using text-to-speech technology
• Progress tracking and spaced repetition algorithms
• Interactive learning exercises and materials
• 40 lessons designed to achieve A1 level Spanish proficiency

User Accounts

To use our service, you must:

• Be at least 16 years old
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Keep your account credentials secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Take responsibility for all activities under your account

Payment Terms

Iona Language App is available for a one-time payment of $47 USD. This includes:

• Lifetime access to the complete A1 Spanish course (40 lessons)
• Personalized audio content generated specifically for your profile
• All future updates and improvements to the course content
• Access to spaced repetition practice system
• No recurring charges, subscription fees, or hidden costs

Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We accept major credit cards and debit cards.

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from your purchase date. To request a refund:

• Provide your account email and reason for refund request
• Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method

Acceptable Use

You agree to use Iona Language App only for lawful purposes. You may not:

Service Availability

While we strive for maximum uptime, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may:

• Perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice when possible
• Experience temporary outages due to technical issues or server maintenance

Upon termination, your right to use the service stops immediately, and all associated data may be permanently deleted.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of New Zealand. If you are located outside New Zealand, you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of New Zealand courts for any legal proceedings.
